Individual Care

JDP_2901.jpg

What is unique to the holistic approach is that the complete background (wholeness) of the person is the key to success. Body, culture, emotional, mental, physical, spiritual and professional are all interconnected and equally important to planning and success of our sessions.

Holistic care focuses on individualized care for specific needs identified during the initial assessment.  Tools such as EFT assessment, active listening, feedback, reformulation, grounding and guided visualisation techniques and many others, enable us to gather the information we need to plan our course of action.  The individual is in control of everything.  It remains entirely the client's choice to determine the direction of the process, the answers given and to set his or her own goals.

What to expect

Meetings take place in a calm, peaceful, safe and above all non-judgmental environment.  Confidentiality of the information exchanged is of the utmost importance, as is mutual respect and honesty.   As a registered health care professional, the code of ethics and professional conduct must be respected.
